I have helped schools to significantly improve student student behavior, social-emotional well-being, attendance, and academic achievement through the implementation of multi-tiered interventions, restorative practices, culturally responsive teaching, and trauma-informed behavioral interventions and supports.

I provide one-on-one and small group coaching to develop or enhance multi-tiered systems of support that improve attendance, behavior, and/or social-emotional outcomes. In the coaching process, we look at data, set goals, identify barriers, leverage resources, monitor progress, sustain growth, and achieve.
